Why do I not live there this time?

Back in 2006, I volunteered for the campaign of Linda Duncan, a newcomer on the federal electoral scene. She was up against Rahim Jaffer, the popular Conservative incumbent for the riding of Edmonton-Strathcona in which I lived at the time. She ran a great campaign and ended up coming up only 4814 votes short, which in the Conservative heartland of Canada is a really good result. This time around, Linda and Rahim are back at it again. The battle is so close, the election prediction blogs I read are hesitant to make a prediction at all, and all the major networks have called it one of the most important ridings to watch tomorrow night. I will oblige.
